The development of information technology influences promotional and marketing methods for a business, both goods and services. Promotion and marketing trends are changing from conventional or offline to digital or online. Currently, almost all businesses use digital-based promotions and marketing for their products. Including companies that operate in the field of organizing special Umrah and Hajj pilgrimages. They use social media for promotions, and some also use it as a marketing medium to attract consumer interest. Social media that is actively used is Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube, WhatsApp, and Website. The use of social media as a means of promotion and marketing is effective because it can directly target the audience as potential congregants. One company that uses social media as a promotional and marketing medium is PT. Barklikana Burdah Nusantara whose address is in Bojonegoro, East Java. In this research it was found that Instagram social media was the main platform used by PT. Barikna Burdah Archipelago. Efforts to optimize the use of the @barklikana.tour account on Instagram social media, this company has seen an increase in the number of followers and congregation.
